Somerset Cider Vinegar Dressing


For salads or vegetables

Somerset Cider Vinegar jerry cans

5 dessert spoons Somerset Cider Vinegar
5 dessert spoons good quality virgin olive oil
1 heaped teaspoon English mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper

Slice the garlic thinly and add ingredients to a blender or whisk vigourously. Delicious on salads or summer vegetables like French or Runner beans.
