Cider Vinegar endeavors to process all online orders within seventeen
working days of the order being made and our couriers offer a 72
hours service. If the product you require is out of stock we will
contact you within seven working days either by email or telephone
and advise you when your goods will be delivered. Somerset Cider
Vinegar does not shut down for two annual holidays.
Refund and Cancellation Policies of Somerset Cider Vinegar
any goods arrive damaged they can be returned and will be replaced
at the cost of Somerset Cider Vinegar. In the event of customers
wishing to change their order after they have received goods they
can do this but they may be asked to pay the carriage costs of the
return and the replacement. Requests to change orders should be
made within three working days of the original delivery. If customers
find that they no longer require goods that have been ordered they
can ring Somerset Cider Vinegar (01278 723293) and if the order
has not been processed they can received an immediate credit to
their payment card. If the order has already been processed they
goods can be returned for a refund but the customer will have to
pay carriage costs.
